Most popular. Includes 4 Lbs Premium, 4lbs Mid, 25lbs "Melt In Your Mouth" Ground Beef, 2 Roasts. 

Tier 3

Double the Tier 2, essentially an 1/8 beef. 8lbs Premium, 8lbs Mid, 50 lbs "Melt In Your Mouth" Ground Beef, 4 Roasts.

We are FRESH farm to table! So nothing goes to the butcher until you place your order! Typical turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from when the order is placed to delivery.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. After we book your date with the butcher, you will get a butcher date confirmation. Your beef typically hangs for 21 days (the sweet spot for the best flavor). You will receive a cut sheet for customizing your share while your beef is hanging. We can help with custom selections and guiding you through the best cuts. After your beef is cut we will coordinate a delivery date that works best for you!
